Shipping & Delivery
We are members of WebwinkelKeur, which ensures that you are always guaranteed a safe purchase. Almost all reviews are very positive, and the webshop scores an average of 9.3. Occasionally, there may be a negative review, but that is of course the case with any webshop. In short, Mobisite is definitely a reliable place to buy your accessories.
Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is free, so it costs you nothing!
If you order on weekdays before 10:30 PM, you’ll receive it tomorrow.
No, this is not possible. You can choose to have your order delivered to an address you provide, or to pick up the package at a nearby PostNL location.
Orders with a lower value are sent via regular mail. The advantage is that you don’t need to be at home for the delivery.
For larger parcels: If you are not present during the delivery time, your order will be taken to a nearby PostNL location. The carrier will then inform you when you can pick up your order.
Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is delivered damaged. In that case, you can report it to our customer service within 48 hours via info@mobisite.nl. After this period, it will no longer be possible to claim for the damages. We recommend taking photos of the packaging in case of a damaged package!
Exchanges & Returns
For all orders through mobisite.nl, as a consumer, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. This period starts from the moment your order is delivered. This means you can return a product without giving a reason.

If you want to return your product for an exchange, refund, or warranty, please fill out our return form and follow the instructions on the exchange and return page.
You can return a product via our returns page , provided it is under warranty. Products are under warranty if there is a manufacturing or production error.

If your order has been processed correctly in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. In it, you will find the order number of your purchase.
Returns are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days after receipt.
We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products or until you have shown that you have returned them. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method that you used for the order, effectively reversing the transaction.
Payment
1. Go to the product you want.
2. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
3. You will be redirected to the shopping cart.
4. If there is a discount, enter the discount code in the “Enter Discount Code” field.
5. Review your shopping cart and click on “Checkout”.
6. Log in to your Mobisite account or continue as a guest.
7. Enter your details.
8. Choose the desired shipping method.
9. Choose the desired payment method.
10. Click on “Pay for Order” and you will be redirected to the chosen payment method.
11. Follow the instructions of your payment method and you will be redirected back to Mobisite.
12. Congratulations, you have placed an order with Mobisite!
13. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
14. We will get to work as soon as possible to deliver your order.
Note: Your order will not be delivered if the payment has not been completed.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

Here are a few tips that can help you:
• Create an account. With an account, you can still complete your payment.
• Place the order using a laptop, not a phone.
Still not working? Try placing the order again. An order is only final when the payment has been completed.
All product prices on our website include VAT.
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email with the invoice once we have confirmed the order.
Warranty and Complaints
We place great importance on our customers’ satisfaction with their purchases. All our products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that you can expect the products we provide to meet what you reasonably expect from them. If a product does not meet these expectations, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty or an additional warranty. These extra warranties are separate from the legal warranty. For all products we sell, there is a minimum warranty period of six months. If manufacturer warranties or legal regulations require it, the warranty period may be longer than six months. For each product on our website, you will find the exact warranty duration under the specifications section. The warranty period begins as soon as you have received the product.
Warranty is an important aspect when purchasing refurbished products, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our devices. This means that during this period, you can rely on our full support and free repairs in case of defects or malfunctions. Our warranty provides peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our devices.
All the items you purchase from us are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with European guidelines. A legal warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. This means that an item should be in good condition upon delivery and should function properly under normal use. In addition to the legal warranty, we also consider the economic lifespan of the item, as some products last longer than others.
Our warranty covers all technical defects, such as issues with the speakers, motherboard, camera, microphone, etc. All our devices come with a 2-year warranty. Accessories like cables, chargers, cases, and earphones have a 6-month warranty. Battery defects are covered by a 12-month warranty. Of course, you can also replace your battery with us outside the warranty period at a favorable rate.
Our Mobisite warranty covers all technical defects, such as issues with the camera, speakers, microphone, etc. The warranty will be void – to the extent permitted by law – if the phone has been damaged due to improper use. This includes damages such as:
• Damages caused by drops, pressure, impacts, improper use, or moisture damage.
• A broken or cracked screen is not covered by the warranty.
• Normal wear and tear of the phone and battery is not covered by the warranty.
• Damage to the phone caused by not following instructions and/or improper or irresponsible use of the phone is not covered by the warranty.
• Software defects are not covered by the warranty.
• The removal of a virus or other so-called malware is not covered by the warranty.
• Damage to the phone if it was shipped carelessly is not covered by the warranty. You are responsible for properly packaging the phone for shipping.
• The warranty is void if the serial number or IMEI of the phone has been removed.
• If you physically open the phone, the warranty is void.
• Warranty is void if repaired by third parties.
