30 Days Cooling-Off Period

After receiving your order, you of course want to try out your product as soon as possible. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can take advantage of the 30-day cooling-off period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us of your intention to return the product within 30 days of receiving it. You then have the right to exchange the product or get your money back. After notifying us of your intent to cancel the purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.

You are allowed to test the product to assess if it meets your needs. However, it is important that the product is complete and, if possible, returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or parts are missing, we may charge you fees. In consultation with you, it will be determined if a partial refund is possible.

You are only responsible for the depreciation of the product due to use beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exceptions

For certain products, we cannot offer a cooling-off period due to hygiene reasons. For example, we do not accept returns of in-ear headsets if the seal is broken after delivery. Consumables like screen protectors, glue, or polish are eligible for full refund only if returned unopened. If these products are opened, we may charge a fee for processing the return.

Who pays for return shipping?

When you return your product, the return costs are your responsibility. The reason we have chosen this is because we care about the environment. We do not want to encourage people to purchase and return our products without being sure. This leads to more products being returned, which means more frequent transportation of products. This increases CO2 emissions, which is harmful to the environment.

We will refund the amount you paid within 14 days of your cancellation notice. However, we will wait until we have received the product back before issuing the refund.

You may also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.
