Warranty

Warranty is an important aspect when purchasing products, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our devices. This means that during this period you can count on our full support and free repairs in case of defects or malfunctions. Our warranty provides peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our devices.

All items you buy from us come with a legal guarantee in accordance with European guidelines. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and must function properly under normal use. In addition to the legal guarantee, we also look at the economic lifespan of the item, because one product lasts longer than another.

Our warranty covers all technical defects, such as problems with the speakers, motherboard, camera, microphone, etc. All our devices come with a 2-year warranty. Accessories such as cables, chargers, cases and earphones have a 6-month warranty. Defects to the battery of the device are covered by a 12-month warranty. Of course, you can have your battery replaced outside the warranty at a favorable rate.

The minimum capacity of the battery is 85% upon delivery with a minimum of 70% of the original capacity by the end of the warranty period.

Our warranty is void if the phone is damaged due to improper use. This includes damage such as:

-Cracked glasses and technical parts
Water damage
-Defects resulting from shock/fall damage.
-Speaker, microphone or charging connector that is not functioning properly due to dust/dirt.
-Physically opening the phone will void your warranty.
-Repairs by third parties will void the warranty.

Please note: When a device is returned to us and no defect is found based on the investigation, we reserve the right to charge €29.25 for investigation costs. These must be paid in advance, before we return the device. Or the costs will be settled when a refund will take place.
