Warranty
Warranty is an essential part of purchasing products. That’s why we offer two types of warranties: one for refurbished products and one for accessories.
Accessories
We highly value our customers' satisfaction with their purchases. All our products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means you can rely on the products we deliver to meet the reasonable expectations you may have of them. If a product does not meet these expectations, you are entitled to repair or replacement. For some products, a manufacturer's warranty or an additional warranty applies. These extra warranties are separate from the statutory warranty. For all products we sell, a minimum warranty period of six months applies. If manufacturer warranties or legal regulations require it, the warranty period may be longer than six months. For each product on our website, you will find the exact warranty duration under the specifications section. The warranty period begins once you have received the product.
Refurbished products
Warranty is an important aspect when purchasing refurbished products, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our devices. This means you can count on our full support and free repairs during this period in case of defects or malfunctions. Our warranty ensures peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our devices.
For all items you purchase from us, there is a statutory warranty in accordance with European guidelines. Statutory warranty means that a product is or should do what you can reasonably expect from it. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use. In addition to the statutory warranty, we also consider the economic lifespan of the item, as some products last longer than others.
Our warranty covers all technical defects, such as issues with the speakers, motherboard, camera, microphone, etc. All our devices come with a 2-year warranty. Accessories such as cables, chargers, cases, and earphones have a 6-month warranty. Defects in the device's battery are covered by a 12-month warranty. Of course, you can have your battery replaced outside the warranty at a favorable rate.
The minimum battery capacity at delivery is 85%, with a minimum of 70% of the original capacity by the end of the warranty period.

Our warranty becomes void if the phone is damaged due to improper use. This includes damage such as:
- Cracked glass and technical components
- Water damage
- Defects resulting from shocks/drop damage
- Speaker, microphone, or charging connector malfunctioning due to dust/dirt
- If you physically open the phone, the warranty becomes void
- If repaired by third parties, the warranty becomes void

Note: If a device is returned to us and no defect is found during the inspection, we reserve the right to charge €29.25 for inspection costs. These must be paid in advance before we return the device, or the costs will be deducted in case of a refund.
Complaints
Our goal is to ensure that we provide all our customers with an excellent level of service in all areas of our business. If at any time we have provided you with less than satisfactory service, we will strive to do everything reasonable to make it right. If you find yourself dissatisfied with any of our services, please contact us initially via the email below, and we will do our utmost to resolve the complaint. We will respond substantively within 3 days at the latest.
