No Shipping Costs

Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is completely free! Orders placed on weekdays before 10:30 PM and in stock will be shipped the same day. This way, you will have your products the next day.

Shipping via PostNL

Mobisite.nl works with PostNL for all shipments. Depending on the order value and the size of your order, your package will be shipped via mail or parcel post.

Shipping via Parcel Post

Orders with a higher value or larger dimensions that do not fit through the mailbox will be shipped via parcel post. Mobisite.nl covers the cost of insuring your package. You will receive a tracking code via email to track the shipment and receive status updates on your package.

To receive your order, you need to be at home. If you are not at home during delivery, the package will be brought to a pickup point nearby. The PostNL courier will inform you when and where you can pick up your package. For any questions about this shipping method or updates you receive, feel free to contact us.

Shipping via Mail

Orders with a lower value are shipped via mail. The advantage is that you do not need to be at home for delivery. Within the Netherlands, you will receive a tracking code to track your shipment. Unfortunately, no tracking code is available for mail shipments to Belgium.

Mail in the Netherlands is usually delivered the next day, while mail to Belgium usually takes 2 to 3 days. In some cases, delays may occur. If your order has not been delivered after 5 business days or if you have questions about this shipping method, please contact us.
