1. Make a backup of your personal data: Make sure to back up all your personal files and data before returning the device. Mobisite is not responsible for any data loss.
2. Turn off iCloud: Log out of iCloud to avoid delays in processing your return. Click here for instructions if your device still works. If your device no longer works or is no longer in your possession, follow these instructions.
3. Restore factory settings: Reset your device to factory settings to remove all your personal data.
4. Remove the SIM card.
5. Return accessories:
• For repairs under warranty: Send the device without accessories like chargers, cables, or protective cases. These are not needed for repair.
• For exchanges or returns (refund within 30 days): Make sure to send all accessories, including chargers, cables, and other included items.
6. Print the details: Print the details from the email we sent you and include them in the box. Without personal information included, we cannot process your return.
Note: If you send us a defective device that does not meet our warranty conditions, we will charge a research fee of €29.95 including VAT. This amount must be paid before we can return your iPhone or iPad. Always check our warranty conditions first.
When returning an accessory, follow these steps:
1. Carefully package the accessory: Ensure the accessory is well-packed to prevent damage during transport.
2. Send all accompanying parts: Make sure to include all parts and accessories that came with the accessory.
